We have become aware that certain individuals and organizations are fraudulently using the name “Novcel” and/or “Rofzen Private Limited” to contact people via phone calls, SMS,
messaging apps, emails, and social media. In these communications, fraudsters may:

• Claim to be calling “from Novcel” or “on behalf of Novcel”;
• Offer gifts, prizes, coupons, free hampers, or “special schemes” in exchange
  for placing an order;
• Ask you to transfer money to personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, wallets, or
  links that do not belong to Novcel; or
• Share suspicious links or payment pages that do not lead to https://novcel.com/.

Our Official Practice

• Novcel does not authorize any person or agency to collect payments into
  personal bank accounts or personal UPI IDs for offers or gifts.
• Novcel does not ask for your card PIN, full OTP, CVV, net‑banking password,
  or remote access to your device through apps such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
• All genuine purchases of Novcel products should be made only through: our official website: https://novcel.com/; or other authorized marketplaces/partners clearly listed by us.

If you receive any call or message that appears suspicious, please treat it as fraudulent
unless you can independently verify it using our official contact details.

What You Should Do

If you receive such an offer or have already transferred money based on such
communication:

1. Do not share any OTP, CVV, PIN, or personal banking information.
2. Do not click on unknown payment links or download remote‑access apps when asked by unknown callers.
3. Immediately contact our support team at support@novcel.com or +91 7880107800 with screenshots/recordings if available.
4. Promptly lodge a complaint with your local police / cyber‑crime cell, or through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in) or the national helpline1930 (where available).

Limitation of Responsibility

Any person who deals with such fraudulent callers, websites, payment links, or individuals
does so at their own risk. Novcel and/or Rofzen Private Limited:

• shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims liability for, any loss of
  money, data, or other damage arising from such fraudulent communications or unauthorized payment instructions; and
• cannot guarantee recovery of any amounts already remitted to third parties
  who are misusing our name or brand.
