Order Confirmation

Every order you place on www.novcel.com is an offer to purchase. Once we receive it, you will get an email confirmation shortly after.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, your order is considered placed only after you confirm it via the link or prompt sent to your registered email or mobile number. No confirmation means the order will not be processed.

For prepaid orders, your payment acts as confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order leaves our facility.

How We Pack Your Order

Each product goes through a quality check before packaging. We take this step seriously, what reaches you should be exactly what you ordered, in the condition it was meant to be in.

Multiple items in a single order may be dispatched separately, depending on availability and logistics. You will be kept informed if this happens.

Dispatch Timeline

Most orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of confirmation.

Business days exclude Sundays and declared public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, timelines may vary, we will communicate any significant delays proactively.

Delivery

We work with trusted logistics partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If delivery is attempted and our partner is unable to reach you or find a suitable time, they will contact you directly to coordinate. Please ensure your registered address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Serviceability

At this time, NOVCEL ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping.
