Payment Policy

We accept online orders on Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as prepaid. For prepaid orders,
we currently accept Visa, MasterCard American Express, rupay (check as per payment
method of cashfree available ) debit and credit cards, along with selected payment wallets
that are integrated with our checkout.
When you pay online using your card:
- For Visa and MasterCard cards, you may be asked to enter your 16‑digit card
number, card expiry date, and 3‑digit CVV (printed on the back of your card). - For American Express cards, you may be asked to enter your 15‑digit card
number and the 4‑digit security code (printed on the front of your card).
If the amount has been debited from your account but you have not received an order
confirmation from us, please contact our customer care team at support@novcel.com or +91-78801 07800 and share the following details so that we can trace the transaction:
- Transaction reference number
- Registered email ID and phone number used to place the order
- Date and approximate time of the transaction
We currently use ( put legal name full of payment gateway provider )as one of our payment service providers. During checkout, you may be redirected to GoKwik’s website or securely hosted pages that are not under Novcel’s direct control.
